This venue only rents by the day. You’ll have access from 8 am to 11 pm. Cleaning must be done, and the guest must be out. We offer cleaning services for an additional $75, which must be paid upfront. You can add it to the list of services. Please note that this does not cover any damages done to the property. Any damages must be paid within one week, or court filings will be filed.
